Accounts and responsibilities
Provide accurate information, verify your email and protect your password. Do not share your account or impersonate another person. You are responsible for activity on your account and should report suspected unauthorized access to PIERCER.
Educational purpose
PIERCER Forex Academy provides trading education, not a guarantee of profit or personalized investment advice. Trading involves risk and you remain responsible for your financial decisions.
Membership access
Verified accounts receive free membership. Premium access is activated only after owner payment approval or an authorized grant, and only for the applicable plan. Standard plan access runs from approval for one month, two months for Private Class + 1 Month Extra Guidance, six months or twelve months. Access expires at the recorded expiry date unless an authorized extension is granted.
Mentorship and payments
Mentorship includes two classes every week. Actual class dates and joining information are published to eligible students. Use the payment instructions displayed by PIERCER. A submitted payment claim is not proof of payment or confirmed enrollment; pending or rejected claims do not grant premium access.
Refunds and cancellations
Contact piercerforex@gmail.com to request a refund, cancellation or resolution of a payment issue, with your payment reference and transaction details. Requests are reviewed individually under applicable consumer law and the terms agreed for your purchase. These terms do not limit rights required by law or promise an automatic refund. Confirm any purchase-specific cancellation terms with PIERCER before paying.
Learning materials
Materials are for your personal learning. Do not redistribute premium materials, share private class links or attempt to bypass access controls. Ownership remains with PIERCER or the relevant content owner.
Suspension and termination
PIERCER may restrict or terminate access for fraud, unauthorized sharing, abuse or security violations, subject to applicable law. Contact PIERCER if you believe access was restricted in error.
